the perfect cosy apartment for a couple in brighton. we've stayed in brighton before, but this time sty-c-b-s really exceeded our expectations for our christmas party. the location was fantastic, being central to all amenities and just a short walk to the seafront. the apartment itself was well-equipped, clean, and even had a lovely outdoor space to enjoy the sunshine.
No bathtub.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with shops, restaurants and local attractions all within easy reach. the apartment is well-decorated and comes with useful amenities, such as a kitchenette and Wi-Fi. the private garden is a nice touch, providing a peaceful outdoor space to relax in.
The steps leading down to the property can be hazardous, especially when wet. It would be beneficial for the owners to install a handrail for added safety.

The host was very attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and even providing little extra touches like toiletries and breakfast essentials. The location was excellent, close to shops and restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. it was good value for money and we would consider staying here again.
There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. The entrance to the apartment was not very appealing, with a slight damp smell and an untidy courtyard area.

I recently stayed at a basement studio with outdoor space and had a wonderful experience. The location was absolutely incredible, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and local attractions nearby. The apartment itself was stylishly decorated and freshly renovated, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the dark and steep steps leading to the entrance and the inconvenience of the basement flat being a bit damp and musty, these issues did not significantly impact our stay. Our host had informed us beforehand about the entrance/courtyard needing refurbishment, so it was not a surprise.
